Open to Yourself (Door Opener 2)

Keep the door open.

In our daily life old emotional patterns and reactions often show up and cause self sabotaging behaviors. These patterns are learned from our earlier experiences and become the blueprint from which we live.

In this group we will open up to explore what you actually have learned and how it has affected your actual physical body, your relationship to emotions and the often very harsh inner critical thoughts.

We will also broaden the perspective and see how the family we grew up in affected us, and how it keeps influencing the choices we make in our relationships today.
You can repeat over and over again.

During these days you will get support to break old patterns and to see what is preventing you from living your truth and full potential

The group is a process to:

  • Open up to your body and feelings
  • Examine and understand the inner critical voice
  • Grow more trust in your body, feelings, thoughts and intuition
  • Dare to take the risk to be honest and show your vulnerability
  • Learn the structure of your relating (from family of origin to present relationships)
