Family Constellation work reveals hidden patterns that may be holding us back in life.
We are deeply bound to our family systems by a profound need to belong, a child will do anything for the love of a parent. This bond begins even before birth; we are born into a family lineage that stretches back generations.
Often, these unconscious patterns limit us, preventing us from choosing what truly fulfills us and from moving forward into a life we love.
In this group, we will explore the three principles of love — belonging, order, and giving and receiving — as pathways out of the hidden dynamics within our family of origin and present relationships.
Each principle will be both explained and experienced, giving participants the opportunity to explore their own personal themes more deeply.
Moving consciously through life holds immense value. When we do so, we gain access to a profound inner strength and a deep sense of peace.
