Family constellations were conceived by Bert Hellinger and are practiced and taught all over the world.

According to Hellinger’s observations, the behavioral dynamics of the individual member of a family depend not only on the environmental and social context and on personal characteristics, but also on the influences of other family members and on the legacy left by the ancestors.

Family constellations are a technique for getting to know yourself through the history of the family, to become aware of the influence that the family system may have had and still have, in the choice of one’s life, in daily relationships with those around us.

The staging of the Constellations should be understood as a representation on the level of the Soul and not as a diagnosis or a therapy, which are strictly the responsibility of the medical-health staff.
